Before you book
Yes — we use your power and water, so please make sure both are accessible near where the vehicle is parked, plus a legal spot roughly the size of two vehicles. Not sure if you're set up? Message us and we'll help you check before we arrive.
Yes — that's about a third of our work. We use water-reclaim mats so nothing reaches the drain, and we can send your property manager our insurance certificate in advance.
Interior work runs year-round regardless. For exterior and coating work we watch the forecast and will call you the evening before to reschedule at no cost — coatings need stable temperatures to cure properly.
It isn't. The published rate for your vehicle type is what you pay. If the condition genuinely needs more than a package covers — heavy pet hair or mould, for example — we tell you the add-on cost before we start, never after.
No deposit. We take card, tap, or e-transfer on completion, after you've walked around the vehicle with us. Free reschedule up to 12 hours before your slot.
